Ryde Carnival AGM 2020

Thanks to everyone who came along to the AGM for Ryde Carnival, which took place on Wednesday 15th January 2020 at The Simeon Arms, Simeon Street, Ryde.

The Committee were elected as follows:

We’re all looking forward to a very successful 2020 and seeing all your wonderful creations coming to life on Ryde’s streets during our fabulous Summer Carnivals. We’ve increased the budget for the Community Grants to help with the costs and to encourage more groups, families and not-for-profit organisations to get involved (recipients of the awards must take part in at least two of our three carnivals).  Information regarding applying for the Community Grants will appear on the website soon.

We’re always looking for any volunteers who are interested in supporting us by helping out, even if you only have an hour to spare. You can contact us via email or message us on Facebook. Ryde Carnival has been run entirely by volunteers for over 100 years and we would love you to be a part of the team.
